Our Mission: Everyone at Valley Christian Center is committed "to know Jesus and make Him known" by: - Edifying one another through the Word of God and a lifestyle of servanthood.
- Encouraging one another thorugh intentional fellowship and ministry for every generation.
- Equipping one another for ministry and leadership by supporting a "school of ministry" for every age group.
- Evangelizing spiritually lost people within our reach by whatever means.
- Exalting God with a lifestyle of worship that makes our love and faith "vocal and visible" to our world.
Our Values: In everything we do "to know Jesus and make Him known," we value: - Everyone practicing the Great Commandment ("Love the Lord your God with all your heart, soul, mind, and strength and your neighbor as yourself").
- Everyone participating in the Great Commission ("Go into all the world and make disciples, teaching them everything I have commanded you and baptizing them in the name of the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit").
- Everyone hearing and obeying God's voice.
- Everyone serving others first - being a ministering servant to others.
- Everyone growing in servant leadership.
Our Vision: As we accomplish our mission "to know Jesus and make Him known," with God's help we hope to become a great church by: - Building "a house of prayer for all people" that engages in seasons of prayer and fasting, encourages prayer groups around the Valley for healing, restoration, and revival, and offers "healing rooms" ministry to the sick our our community.
- Building a multi-generational church with tools, facilities, and ministries to every generation that builds bridges across the generational gaps and leaves a lasting legacy for generations to come.
- Building a place that calls and equips "laborers" for the Red River Valley "harvest through small group ministries that meet across the Valley and encourages a New Testament style of "one anotther" ministry.
- Building an outward focused church that engages the community in its events that will make our faith and love "vocal and visible" and earn our right to be heard.
- Building an outward focused church that reaches out to people far from God using every God-inspried creative means that calls us to do something great for our great God.
